Baby Boomers are now your primary market, and what they want/need from a funeral home is very different from previous generations. In fact, 70% of Baby Boomers do not want their parents' funeral experience.
Sitting right behind the Boomers is the Gen X generation. Unfortunately, they are even less inclined to want a traditional funeral!
